Currently we are unable to ship to anywhere outside mainland UK including Northern Ireland - if you are interested in a product and are wanting to ship to anywhere outside of mainland UK, please email us at email@example.com.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Inductionheaters.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to work with the shipment carrier to find a resolution. Please take detailed pictures of the damage of the item and the packing materials. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
As standard we offer free shipping on all stock products, larger items will be shipped with TNT on a next day service and smaller items will be shipped with either TNT or Royal Mail tracked 48 hours.
On some of our products we will mark a 2-3 week delivery, these are non-stock items, make sure you're happy with the quoted shipping tmies before placing an order.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
