Yes you can, if you're not happy with your order you can return it as long as the product is in the same condition as it was delivered and it is within 30 days of your order.
Firstly you need to contact us within 30 days of your order to let us know you want to return your order. We may be able to help come up with a solution. If your refund is approved you will be asked to return the order in the state that you received by recorded delivery. We will then inspect the items and issue a refund to the original card.
After we have inspected the return, and we are happy with the condition we will issue a refund immediately, usually instantly depending on your bank.
Yes, we offer free UK postage on all our orders, on this basis we ask for the customer to pay for the postage fee's to return the item. Please make sure returns are sent with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible if it is lost in transit.

You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ensure your return shipping has tracking and is insured for the order value. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We offer a two year warranty for our Induction Heaters and components. The two-year warranty we provide covers manufacturing defects.
The induction heater must have not been modified in any way without approval from AES.
Only original parts from AES or correct OEM have been used for repairs.
The induction heater has been utilised and maintained in accordance with user-manuals.
In the event of a warranty claim the customer must be able to prove that the fault has arisen within the warranty period and that the induction heater has been used in accordance with the specified instructions.
Warranty claims must also contain details about the product type and serial number. Please email us at info@inductionheaters.co.uk with pictures and a description of the the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The warranty does not cover:
The warranty does not cover damage arising from inappropriate or careless use, overloading, negligent maintenance or natural wear and tear.
